Yes! Last year we introduced three new models. The larger two-bedroom “Ranch” featuring vaulted ceilings, the “Cape II” with an added upstairs full bath and the “Chalet” our first three-bedroom offering. All designs feature improved layout, added closet space and full baths on all levels. The "Raised Ranch" just introduced the summer of 2020, features vaulted ceilings, a finished lower level and attached garage. Stayed tuned for more new models!
A: Yes! We will be offering several builder models including a ranch & chalet in 2022. These cottages will feature our new designer inspired Scandinavian interiors. Finishes of soft painted cabinetry, white oak simulated plank flooring, solid butcher block islands and floating shelving will create interiors that are clean, modern, warm and inviting! Let our sales team know if you are interested in one!
A: While we will have a permanent pier at Troutburg where you are able to dock your boat temporarily during the day, you are not able to dock your boat overnight. There is a public boat launch two exits to the east off the parkway and Bald Eagle Marina is one exit to the west off the parkway. Bald Eagle Marina has reserved slips just for our residents. We also have an open storage lot available for your boat, trailer, or RV.
A: Yes! Our newest two-bedroom “Cape II” and three-bedroom “Chalet” have full-sized bathrooms on the main level and upstairs.
A: For the most part, any cottage can be built on any site; however, there are a handful of sites that are restricted by size.
A: No, ATVs are not permitted.
A: Yes, this is a pet friendly community. Of course, general rules apply- picking up pet droppings, dogs on leash, etc.
A: Yes, bank loans are available for The Cottages at Troutburg. Generally 15-20% down is required. Ask a member of the sales team for information.
